General rules
Who can book by Coworking Locarno?
Adult people. All them wishing to work in a professional ambience, with internet Gigaspeed, printer-/copier machine, ... Who prefers to stay outside home. Some other examples: are you from Lugano, but do you have interest to stay some days in Locarno to meet some customers there? Perfect! Are you tourist in Locarno and do you need a workdesk some hours? Voilà!
Which time is Coworking Locarno open?
Every day. From monday to sunday, starting at 7am until 6:30pm (Coworking and Meeting Room) and from 7pm to 10pm (Event Room).
Is it open on weekend and feast days?
Yes. You can book your stay on week-ends and holidays.
Can I use stationery material in the rooms?
Yes. Stationery material, additional screens, blackboards, TV are there for you. But just them that you can see in Coworking Room and Meeting Room.
And coffee?
There is! People booking Coworking or Meeting Room has got at his disposal (in the Meeting Room and in the Hall) the Nespresso Coffee Machine, a kettle for a good the and sparkling water in the fridge. We just ask to coworkers to be careful and to use trays on tables.
Can I leave personal effects on desks or in rooms?
No. Desks and rooms must be leaved free at the end of the use. Even if you already have a booked session tomorrow.
Can I convert a reservation during the use of it?
No. A planned reservation remains as booked online.
Generally, is absolutely forbidden to…
  1. have meals or food;
  2. smoke; 
  3. keep pets; 
  4. use wheels: rollerblades, scooter, .... Except for people with disabilities; 
  5. arrive with a second person *; 
  6. open the door to anybody: just people with entry code can come inside *;
  7. receive deliveries.
 
* Except customers that are waited in "Meeting Room" or "Event Room".
Can I ask a refund?
Until 24 hours before. A booked session can be deleted until 24 hours before. The price will be refund in the next 5/10 workdays. Anyway a 10% will be retain for administrative fee. Overpassed the 24 hours time limit, the missing use of the reservation is not refunded.
Meeting Room
How many people can the Meeting Room accommodate?
Until 4 people. This is the maximum number and it means: 1 user and until 3 hosted customers.
How much time is the Meeting Room for rent?
90 minutes. You can book the space every 90 minutes.
How many times in a day can I reserve the Meeting Room?
According to the calendar. You have to check availability online.
The Meeting Room is inclusive in Coworking?
It depends. In the cases "A day in coworking" or "Entire month" yes, it is for free 1 time a day for 90 minutes (1 time every day in the month), but only if correctly booked online. This possibility is not cumulative or recoverable if not used. It's important to check the online calendar.
Can I rent the Meeting Room without a Coworking reservation?
Yes. The Meeting Room can be booked to meet one or more customers. Another idea is to have an isolated and calm room to video conferences.
Can I use the Meeting Room to work?
No. It is forbidden to organize your work alone or in team in the Meeting Room.
Can I ask a refund?
Until 24 hours before. A booked session can be deleted until 24 hours before. The price will be refund in the next 5/10 workdays. Anyway a 10% will be retain for administrative fee. Overpassed the 24 hours time limit, the missing use of the reservation is not refunded.
Event Room
How many people can the Event Room accommodate?
Until 9 people. We have 8 seats and the ninth, maybe the speaker, could stay up.
How much time is the Event Room for rent?
Until 3 hours. The Event Room is normally available in the evening, from 7pm to 10pm. If you need another solution (a different timing) please contact us.
Could the Event Room be used to private or payment lessons?
Yes.  The user reserves the Event Room through the online calendar. Then he'll give lessons to his customers following the way he believes is better for his business.
Can I ask a refund?
Until 48 hours before. A booked session can be deleted until 48 hours before. The price will be refund in the next 5/10 workdays. Anyway a 50% will be retain for administrative fee. Overpassed the 48 hours time limit, the missing use of the reservation is not refunded.
